Very rare 二戰日本帝國Citizen 舍軍用時計。perfect Enamel dial . 12J . All original with rare original strap( together w yellow waterproof and dust proof case). Watch 32mm but after put in the strap will become 36 mm. Sold by my Japanese friend and extremely hard to find another ( may still find one WWII Seiko but Citizen not likely coz produced very little unit during World war ). Overhaul and accurate ( of course can’t compare w Grand Seiko.
An early reference book  shows similar military watch  in 1945 ( 昭和20年）. The yellow cover was intended for waterproof and dust proof for Navy.
